Ensuring that our providers’ data is safe, secure and always available to them is one of our top priorities. To demonstrate our compliance with security standards in the industry, all data stored in StaffGarden’s platform is hosted in a Tier 1 data-center in compliance with SSAE18 SOC-1, SOC-2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST standards. 

Under HIPAA, certain information about a person’s health or health care services is classified as Protected Health Information (PHI). Documents that you store in the Delta Onboarding Platform, powered by StaffGarden, are covered by a Business Associate Agreement that ensures your data is safe and private. In addition, protected files can only be viewed by you and appropriate Delta representatives.
